FunnelSwift User Guide

A comprehensive guide to using FunnelSwift — the complete lead generation, affiliate management, and digital business card platform. Manage leads, create Kinetic landing cards, track with QR codes, and integrate with your website, mobile app, and CoreSwift CRM.

📊 Dashboard

The dashboard opens with four figures read from your own workspace: total leads, your conversion rate — the share of those leads sitting in the Closed Won stage — the Kinetic cards you own, and the plans your workspace is subscribed to. Under them, Recent activity lists the newest events in the workspace, naming what happened and to what.

👤 Leads

Manage your prospect leads in the Leads section. Each lead stores name, email, phone, company, source, tags, and custom fields. Leads are auto-synced to CoreSwift CRM. Every lead also carries an owner: open a lead's Edit and choose a teammate in the Owner box — only this workspace's own active logins are offered — then press Save to hand it over, and the Leads list shows who holds each lead in its Owner column.

Adding Leads

  1. Manual Entry

Click "Add Lead" and fill in the form fields. Required: Name or Email. Optional: phone, company, source, tags, notes, custom fields (First Name, Last Name, Website, Address, Title, Social).

  2. Mobile App Scan

Use the FunnelSwift Android app to scan business cards via camera. OCR parses the card and creates a lead automatically.

  3. Bulk Import

From the mobile app, import phone contacts in bulk. Search, select, and upload multiple contacts at once.

  4. Web-to-Lead Forms

Embed a JS snippet on your website. Any form submission auto-creates a lead in your workspace. (See Web-to-Lead section.)

  5. Kinetic Card Forms

Add a lead capture form block to any Kinetic landing card. Visitors submit their info directly through the card.

  6. API Ingestion

Use the REST API to create leads programmatically. Requires a web-to-lead form's PUBLIC KEY — that key is what identifies your workspace on the public /api/v1/web-to-lead endpoint.

Editing Leads

Click any lead to view details. In edit mode, you can change any field, add custom fields, change tags, and update notes. Stage progression: New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted → Lost.

Removing several leads at once

Every row in the Leads table has a tick box, and there is a select-all box in the table header. Tick the leads you no longer need, then press Delete selected. The button stays greyed out until something is ticked and it tells you how many you are about to remove, then asks you to confirm by number.

There is no undo. A confirmed delete is permanent. Tick only what you mean to remove.

Only the rows you can currently see can be ticked: if you change a filter or the search box, rows the filter hides are un-ticked for you, so you cannot delete something you stopped looking at. Deleting through this button removes the lead from your workspace only — leads already synced to CoreSwift CRM stay in the CRM.

📷 Card Scanner

The Card Scanner turns a photograph of a business card into a lead. Open Card Scanner in the sidebar, press Choose a photo and pick a picture of the card — JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 12 MB. The picture is shrunk in your browser before it is sent, so a normal phone photo is fine.

The reader fills in five fields: Name, Job title, Company, Email and Phone. All five stay editable — check them before you save, because a scan is a reading of a photograph, not a promise. Correct anything that came out wrong, then press Save as a lead and the lead appears in your Leads list like any other. Scan another card clears the form for the next one.

If the reader cannot read the card, the five fields come back empty instead of failing. Type the details in yourself and save — the screen still works, it just did not read anything.

Card scans are metered against your plan. Your plan includes a number of scans; when you have used them, choosing a photo opens the upgrade dialog rather than silently doing nothing. The count is per scan attempt, so retrying a photo you already scanned uses another one.

Every scan you run is also kept in Recent scans, under the scanner, with the reading it returned and when it ran. A scan is a sold, metered unit, so the reading is kept even when you did not save it: press Save as a lead on any entry and it goes into your Leads exactly as if you had saved it at the time. A scan that came back empty stays in the list marked as one that counted, and you can type the details in yourself from there.

📣 Campaigns

Campaigns is where this workspace keeps track of what it is running. Press New campaign and give it a name, a type (free text — email is the default), a status and an optional description.

Status is one of four: draft, active, paused, completed. It is a label you set, not something the software infers — move a campaign to active when it starts and completed when it ends, so the list tells you at a glance what is live and what is still being planned.

Each campaign in the list has Edit and Delete buttons of its own. Edit reopens the same form so you can change any field and save; Delete removes the campaign from the list. Deleting a campaign deletes the campaign record only — it does not touch leads, funnels or anything the campaign pointed at. A campaign belongs to your workspace only: nobody outside it can see or change it.

🏷️ Tags & Tag Groups

Tags help organize leads by categories: Source, Status, Events, Services, Engagement, and Custom. Tags are grouped into tag groups for structured organization. Tags auto-sync from plan mappings and are workspace-specific.

Creating Tags

From the Tags section, you can create new tags, assign colors, and organize them into groups. Tags applied to leads in FunnelSwift are automatically pushed to CoreSwift CRM as well.

The group drop-down in a tag's editor always offers — No group —. Choosing it and saving removes the tag from its group. A tag whose group is shared from the system taxonomy shows that group by name, or by its id when this workspace cannot name it.

🤝 Affiliates

Manage affiliate partners. Each affiliate gets a unique auto-generated ID. Configure commission rates, track payouts, and route leads to their external systems via webhooks. Affiliate performance is visible on the dashboard.

🃏 Kinetic Cards

Kinetic Cards are server-side rendered landing pages served at /k/YOUR-SLUG. Think of them as shareable mini-sites — bio-links, digital business cards, lead capture pages, and affiliate bridge funnels — all built from editable layout blocks.

How it works: Each card is assembled from layout blocks (hero, bio, buttons, lead forms, social links, product showcase) and rendered instantly as a clean, fast HTML page. No page builder overhead. Cards are fully responsive and work great on mobile.

Creating a Kinetic Card

  1. Navigate to Kinetic Cards

From the sidebar, click Cards under the main navigation.

  2. Choose a Template

Click "+ New Card". Choose from 54 templates across 5 archetypes — Bio Link, Business Card, Mini Page, Mini Funnel, or Hero. Or build from scratch with a blank canvas.

  3. Configure Content

Fill in the fields on the Info / Look & Feel / Social / Media tabs, then open the Blocks tab to add, edit, re-order and preview the card's content blocks — hero, lead form, buttons, social icons and the rest. Social links are on the Social tab and render as icons on your card.

  4. Choose a Theme

Pick from 8 visual themes — Cyber Dark, Ghost White, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Ruby, Midnight, or Arctic. Each theme sets the card's color palette, fonts, and visual identity.

  5. Set Your Slug

Give your card a unique slug (e.g. "my-link"). It will be available at https://funnelswift.net/k/my-link.

  6. Save & Share

Save the card. Share the URL, print a QR code, or embed it anywhere. The card is live immediately.

Layout Blocks

Each Kinetic card is composed of layout blocks that you arrange yourself. Open a card, go to the Blocks tab, pick a block type, fill in its fields, re-order with the arrows and remove the ones you do not want. Blocks are saved with the card (Save), and the Block preview beside the editor is drawn by the same code that renders your public page — so you see a block change before it is public.

Anything the editor has no fields for is kept exactly as it is stored: a block type with no editor form is never deleted or rewritten by a save, and each block's Advanced (JSON) box edits the stored block directly.

Block TypeWhat It Does
HeroLarge header with a title, subtitle, optional background image, optional background video (MP4) and an optional CTA link
Bio / LinksAvatar, name, short bio, plus button and social rows
FeaturesA heading and a list of feature rows (title + description)
ButtonsList of CTA buttons with labels and URLs
Lead FormInline lead capture form with configurable fields — each field has its own name, label, input type and required flag; submissions arrive in your Leads
Social IconsSocial media profile links rendered as buttons on the card
Business CardAvatar/logo, name, job title, company, headline, biography and website
Mini FunnelProduct image/video + CTA — the affiliate bridge block
Thank YouConfirmation headline and message with an optional next step
Link, Image, VideoA single link button, a captioned image, or an MP4 video
QR CodeShows a QR code IMAGE on the card — paste the URL of a QR image, such as one you generate in the QR Codes section below. The card does not generate QR images itself.
Social links are the six fields on the card editor's Social tab (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). They are stored on the card and rendered as a row of icons on your public card page.

Eight Visual Themes

Every template can be styled with any of these 8 themes — each theme defines the card's color palette, typography, gradient, and visual identity:

ThemeVibeBest For
Cyber DarkDark, neon-accent, futuristicTech, SaaS, gaming, crypto
Ghost WhiteClean white, minimal, modernConsulting, corporate, legal
OceanCool blues, calm, professionalFinance, healthcare, education
ForestEarthy greens, grounded, naturalWellness, eco, outdoor, agriculture

Template Gallery — Industry-Specific Designs

The template library includes industry-specific variations for each archetype. Examples include:

  • Real Estate Agent — Business Card with property showcase, Bio Link with listing links
  • Musician / Artist — Hero page for album drops, Bio Link for streaming platforms
  • Fitness Coach — Mini Page with program tiers, Mini Funnel for challenge sign-ups
  • Restaurant / Café — Bio Link with menu + reservation, Mini Funnel for catering
  • Consultant / Coach — Business Card + booking, Mini Page for service packages
  • E-commerce / Creator — Hero page for product drops, Mini Funnel for limited offers
  • Healthcare / Clinic — Business Card with appointment booking, Bio Link with services
  • Event / Wedding — Mini Page for RSVPs, Bio Link for gift registry

Simply choose your archetype, pick an industry template, apply a theme, and your card is ready.

Build from Scratch

Prefer to start from a blank canvas? Each archetype has a Build from Scratch option — four blank canvases (one per archetype: Bio Link, Business Card, Mini Page, Mini Funnel) that let you assemble layout blocks from the ground up.

Blank canvases: Build from Scratch cards start with zero pre-populated content. Add only the layout blocks you need — hero, bio, buttons, lead form, socials, QR code, mini funnel block — in any order. Blank canvases belong to the premium catalogue — Kinetic Pro and the tiers above it can use a blank canvas for every archetype.

🎯 Mini Funnel Template

The Mini Funnel template is designed specifically for affiliate marketing and product promotions. Create a focused bridge page between a traffic source (social media, ad, QR code) and your offer.

Features

  • Product Showcase — Display a product image (or video embed) with title and subtitle
  • Strong CTA — Large call-to-action button with custom text and URL
  • 8 Themes — Cyber Dark, Ghost White, Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Ruby, Midnight, Arctic
  • Mobile-First — Optimized for mobile traffic from social media and ads
  • Lead Capture — Optional embedded form before the CTA
Use case: Mini Funnels are ideal for Facebook/Instagram ads, influencer shoutouts, and QR code campaigns. Instead of sending traffic to a generic landing page, create a branded bridge page that leads to your offer. Choose from 8 themes to perfectly match your ad creative or brand aesthetic.

Setting Up a Mini Funnel

  1. Create Card

Click "+ New Card" and select the "Mini Funnel" template.

  2. Product Image or Video

Upload a product image URL or paste a video embed URL (YouTube/Vimeo). One or the other — pick what converts best.

  3. Write Copy

Add a compelling title and subtitle that drives the visitor to click the CTA.

  4. Set CTA

Enter the button text (e.g. "Get My Free Trial", "Claim Discount") and the destination URL.

  5. Pick Theme

Choose from 8 themes — Cyber Dark (tech/gaming), Ghost White (corporate), Ocean (finance/healthcare), Forest (wellness/eco), Sunset (fitness/food), Ruby (sales/promos), Midnight (luxury), or Arctic (design/photo).

  6. Enable Lead Form

Optionally add a name + email form before the CTA to capture leads before the click.

  7. Publish

Save and share. Your Mini Funnel is live at /k/YOUR-SLUG.

Pro tip: Use different slugs for different traffic sources (e.g. /k/insta-offer, /k/email-blast, /k/qr-poster) so you can track which source converts best via Insights.

📈 Analytics

The Analytics screen shows how the cards in this workspace performed. It is where a workspace sees its own traffic; the platform operator's console keeps its own separate view.

What the screen shows

  • Cards — how many cards this workspace has, and how many are active
  • Views and clicks — totals recorded against your cards
  • Unique visitors — visitors counted once per session, so a returning visitor is not counted twice
  • Top cards — your cards ranked by views, with clicks and shares beside each one

Opening it

From the sidebar, click Analytics. A card with no traffic yet does not appear in the table until someone views it, so an empty table means no views were recorded — not that tracking is broken.

Which plans include it

Analytics is part of the paid plans. On the free plan the screen still opens and says so, with a link to the plans, instead of failing or showing zeros you might mistake for real traffic.

📲 Sharing the App

Share FunnelSwift with someone without asking for their phone number:

  • Install as App (PWA) — Visit funnelswift.net on their phone. An Install bar appears at the bottom — tap it to add FunnelSwift to the home screen. No app store needed.
  • Short link — kntcrd.com/app redirects straight to the download page. Easy to say out loud.
  • AirDrop / Nearby Share — Share the URL directly with someone nearby.
  • NFC stickers — Buy blank programmable NFC tags, write funnelswift.net to them, and tap the tag to their phone.

📱 QR Codes

Each Kinetic card can be paired with a QR code for print and physical-world use. QR codes are generated server-side as SVG (for print) or PNG (for digital).

Generating QR Codes

  1. Open a Card

From the Cards list, click the QR icon on any card.

  2. Configure

Choose size (small/medium/large) and format (SVG for print, PNG for digital).

  3. Download

Download the QR code image. It links to your card's URL by default.

  4. Print or Share

Use on flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, or in-store displays.

Plan limits: how many QR codes a workspace can generate is set per plan — the free and $9 Kinetic tiers are capped, and Suite and Agency / Scale are unlimited.

QR Code API

For programmatic generation, use the QR code API endpoint:

GET /api/v1/kinetic/qr/{slug}?format=svg&size=300
GET /api/v1/kinetic/qr/{slug}?format=png&size=500

🏷️ Branding & Affiliate Badge

FunnelSwift displays a subtle branding badge at the bottom of every Kinetic Card page. This badge is dynamic — it adapts based on your plan, card type, and whether you are an affiliate partner.

How the Badge Works

  • Free plan — All card pages display a branding badge at the bottom: "Claim your free [Card Type] →" where the card type is auto-detected.
  • Kinetic Pro, Suite and Agency / Scale — You can toggle the branding badge on or off from card settings. When off, your card pages are clean with no FunnelSwift footer.
  • Agency / Scale with White Label — The badge toggle is available, plus additional white label controls to remove all FunnelSwift references (favicon, meta tags, etc.).

Auto-Detected Card Types

The badge message automatically detects your card's archetype and displays one of these labels:

ArchetypeBadge Text
Bio LinkClaim your free Bio Link →
Business CardClaim your free Digital Business Card →
Mini PageClaim your free Mini Page →
Mini FunnelClaim your free Mini Funnel →
HeroClaim your free Hero Page →

Affiliate Badge Links

If your tenant account is an affiliate partner, the branding badge automatically routes through your affiliate referral code. The badge link becomes /kinetic?ref=YOUR_AFFILIATE_ID, which opens the Kinetic card-creation page with your code carried through, so anyone who clicks the badge on your card and signs up there generates a commission for you.

Pro tip: As an affiliate, you can keep the badge enabled even on paid plans — turning free views into referral signups that earn you recurring commissions.

🎨 Email Branding

Separate from the card badge above: your account can put its own logo, display name and colour at the top of every transactional email FunnelSwift sends for you. Open Settings in the console and find the Email branding card — it sits below the card-domain and lead-stage settings — then set:

  • Logo — upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB. A Remove logo button appears once one is set.
  • Brand display name — up to 60 characters, printed above the message.
  • Brand colour — a hex colour such as #4f46e5; it draws the rule under your logo.

What your customers see sits below those fields: the header block FunnelSwift puts at the top of the email — your logo up to 56 px high and 240 px wide, otherwise the display name, then a 3 px rule in your colour — and it follows the fields as you type, so a name or a colour can be judged before saving. The preview sends nothing and saves nothing.

Next to Save branding there are two buttons, and they answer two different questions. Send me a preview mails the sample to your own sign-in address — the message names no recipient, so it can never reach anyone else. Show the exact email answers the other question without sending anything at all: a frame opens with the message the server renders for your account — your header at the top, every merge field filled in, the exact wording a customer receives. The box above it is drawn by your browser; the frame is the real thing, so if the two ever disagree, the frame is what people get. Save your branding first, or the frame still shows the previous header.

Click Save branding. From then on the welcome / login-credentials mail, purchase confirmations and password resets for this account open with your logo and name. The logo is stored against your account and served from a public URL (GET /api/v1/branding/logo/{tenant_id}), which is what lets the recipient's mail app load it. Until you set a name or a logo your mail is not blank: it opens with the FunnelSwift wordmark and name instead, so a brand-new customer's first message still says whose it is. Branding is per account: set your own name or logo and that header is replaced from the next message onward.

✉️ Email Provider

By default every email FunnelSwift sends for your workspace leaves through FunnelSwift's own mail service. If you would rather it left through your own account — your Mailgun, SendGrid or Sendiio account, or your own mail server over SMTP — open Settings → Email provider in the console and pick the provider. The card at the top of that screen always says which one is actually in use right now, so you never have to guess:

  • Sending through your own SMTP / MAILGUN / SENDGRID / SENDIIO — your saved credential is the one being used.
  • Sending through FunnelSwift's own mail service — either nothing of yours is stored, or what you saved is still incomplete (for example an SMTP host with no from-address), so it is not being used yet. A half-filled form can never break your mail.

Fill in the provider's fields and click Save. Your key is stored encrypted and is never shown again: the box comes back empty, and leaving it empty keeps the key you already saved rather than erasing it. Send test email sends one real message to your own sign-in address through your provider, so you can prove it works — a provider accepting the message is not proof of delivery, so check the inbox. Use FunnelSwift's mail removes your stored provider and puts the workspace back on FunnelSwift's own mail service. This is also the setting the email rows in the Integrations screen (SMTP, Mailgun, SendGrid, Sendiio) point at: those are not connected with a key pasted on the card.

🌐 Web-to-Lead

Web-to-Lead lets you capture leads from any external website form. Embed a small JavaScript snippet on your site, and FunnelSwift will automatically ingest form submissions as leads.

How it works: Your user copies a snippet, pastes it on their website, and every form submission is captured and routed to their FunnelSwift workspace — tagged, deduplicated, and ready to use.

Setting Up a Web-to-Lead Config

  1. Navigate to Web-to-Lead

    From the sidebar, click Web-to-Lead.

  2. Create a Config

Click "+ New Config". Give it a name (e.g. "Website Contact Form"), set a default source label, optionally assign one or more tags for auto-labeling, and set a rate limit (default 100/hr).

  3. Get the Embed Code

Click the link icon (🔗) on your config. A modal shows the embed code and instructions.

  4. Paste on Your Website

Copy the embed code from the modal and paste it just before </body> on your website. The snippet already carries that form's public key — there is no separate credential to create and nothing to substitute.

The Embed Snippet

<!-- FunnelSwift Web-to-Lead -->
<script>
window.FunnelSwiftConfig = {
publicKey: "YOUR_FORM_PUBLIC_KEY", // the config's public key (shown in the modal)
  configId: "YOUR_CONFIG_ID"
};
</script>
<script src="https://funnelswift.net/funnelswift-capture.js" async></script>

Smart Field Mapping

The JavaScript snippet automatically detects form fields by name and label. It maps common patterns like email, name, phone, company, message, and more. Unrecognized fields pass through as custom data.

Duplicate Detection

If a submission has an email that already exists, the system returns success but does not create a duplicate lead. Duplicates are logged for your reference.

Rate Limiting

Default 100 submissions per hour per workspace. Configure per config under Web-to-Lead settings.

🔗 Webhooks

Webhooks let your own software hear from FunnelSwift. Each webhook is a named endpoint you register for a list of events — for example lead.created — and the Webhooks screen is where you create, edit, test and delete them.

Integration Targets are gone — this is the only outbound surface

Until 2026-10-02 the console also offered Integrations → Integration Targets: a second place to save a URL and a key. It never sent anything (no dispatcher, no delivery log, no Test button) and it duplicated this screen, so it has been removed — every outbound destination is a webhook on this page.

A connection to another product's API is not a webhook: it is a provider key in the Integrations screen's Integration Center, next to CoreSwift CRM. That is where the IncentiveSwift connection lives now — store your IncentiveSwift provider key there and the mobile app reads it, exactly as before.

Creating a Webhook

  1. Go to Webhooks from the sidebar (workspace admins).
  2. Click + Add Webhook and give it a name (for example Lead notifications).
  3. Enter the destination URL. It must be http:// or https://: private, loopback, link-local and unresolvable hosts are refused.
  4. List the events as a comma-separated list.
  5. Leave Active ticked and press Create.

Events

A webhook fires for the events it lists. Two events exist today, and they are the two the server publishes at /api/v1/webhook-events — anything else is accepted by the form and never fires:

  • lead.created — a lead was captured, whichever way it arrived: a web-to-lead form, a Kinetic card, Create Lead in the console, or an affiliate's submission.
  • tag.updated — a tag was renamed, recoloured or regrouped.

Testing, Editing and Deleting

Test posts a one-off {"event":"test"} payload to the endpoint and reports the HTTP status the endpoint answered — the response body is never shown, by design.
  • Edit reopens the same form filled with the values already on screen; saving writes the name, URL, events and active flag for that webhook only.
  • Log opens the delivery history for that webhook.
  • Del removes the webhook. There is no undo.
What is delivered today: the two events above are sent automatically to every webhook that is Active and registered for them. A webhook switched off is never called. A delivery that fails is retried up to three times in total, roughly 60s then 120s apart, and only the HTTP status is surfaced — never the endpoint's response body.

Deliveries

Log on a webhook's row shows its delivery history: when each attempt was made, which event it carried, whether it succeeded, the HTTP status the endpoint answered, and which attempt it was (of three). A webhook that never fires has an empty log.

When the webhook has a secret, every delivery is signed. The request carries X-FunnelSwift-Signature: sha256=<hex HMAC-SHA256 of the exact body> together with X-FunnelSwift-Event and X-FunnelSwift-Delivery (the delivery id also in the body). Verify a delivery by recomputing the HMAC over the raw request body with your secret and comparing the two.

💳 Plans

Configure subscription plans for your tenants. Plans define feature access, credit limits, commissions, and pricing. Each plan can have custom features (analytics, import/export, Kinetic card limits, QR code limits, template access, etc.).

Plan Features

Manage feature flags for each plan in the admin panel. Available features include:

  • Lead Capacity — Maximum leads per workspace
  • Kinetic Cards — Number of active cards allowed
  • Template Access — Number of templates available (free plans: the six Bio Link templates; Kinetic Pro and above: all 54)
  • QR Generation — Monthly QR code generation limit
  • Web-to-Lead — Hourly submission rate limit
  • Analytics — Data retention and export options
  • Branding Badge — Toggle FunnelSwift badge on/off (Kinetic Pro, Suite and Agency / Scale)
  • White Label — Remove all FunnelSwift branding (Agency / Scale only)
  • Mobile App — Business card scan and import limits
  • Cross-App Sync — CoreSwift CRM integration access

Template Gating by Plan

Free plans (6 templates): the six Bio Link templates. The four starter designs, the four blank canvases and every industry variant are premium.
Kinetic Pro ($9/mo, 54 templates): Full template library — all 5 archetypes with all industry variants styled across all 8 visual themes. Suite ($29/mo) includes the same library.
Agency / Scale ($79/mo, 54 + White Label): The same full library, plus white label controls that remove all FunnelSwift branding from card pages.

Your own plan, and taking a request back

The plan this workspace is on is named on the Upgrade screen, with the price and what it includes; the plan you are already on is marked, so you are never asked to buy it twice.

Press Upgrade on a plan and, if self-serve checkout is open, the payment provider handles the card and the session appears in Billing History. If checkout is not open on this install, the same press tells you plainly that nothing was charged and files the request with our team — there is no second button to hunt for.

Picking a paid plan on the pricing page when you sign up files the same request: the workspace still starts on Free, nothing is charged, and the choice is already with our team, so you do not have to ask again once you are in.

Either way the dashboard then shows a Your plan request card for that plan: the day it was filed, any note from our team, and its state — With our team, We have contacted you, Done, Declined or Withdrawn by you. While it still reads With our team or We have contacted you, Withdraw this request takes it back: nothing was charged, the card says Withdrawn by you, and you can ask again at any time. Once our team has answered — done or declined — the request can no longer be withdrawn; that card is the record of what was decided.

⚙️ Settings

Configure your account profile, change password, and manage workspace preferences including SEO settings and legal pages.

Your profile, and the address you sign in with

The Profile screen holds your name and company, your picture, your password, and your sign-in email. Name and company save straight away. The picture takes PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 2 MB.

Your sign-in email is the address every message from FunnelSwift goes to — the credentials mail at signup, password resets, receipts. If you typed it wrong, or you are moving to a new address, use Change sign-in email below it: type the new address and press Send confirmation link. FunnelSwift mails the link to the new address and changes nothing until you open it, so a typo cannot lock you out of your own account. Until you open the link your current address keeps working; after you confirm, sign in with the new one.

A password change asks for your current password first — that is the proof it is you, not a second factor.

Mobile App

Download the FunnelSwift Android app from the Settings page. The mobile app lets you:

  • Scan business cards via camera with automatic OCR
  • Import phone contacts in bulk
  • View and manage leads on the go
  • Share your Kinetic cards via QR code scanner

When a lead is given one of the <App> — Free system tags — for example CoreSwift — Free — FunnelSwift asks that app to create a free account for the lead, using the lead's own name and email. The destination app emails the new user their login details, and the business upgrades from inside that app whenever it is ready.

On each system tag the mapping has three fields: the app it targets, the plan to seat the lead on, and an Auto-provision a free account switch. A brand-new tag starts with the switch off, so creating a tag does not provision anything by itself. The system tags live in the admin console under System Tags.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Kinetic Cards are SSR (server-side rendered) pages with pre-built layout blocks — no page builder overhead, no loading spinners, instant load. They're optimized for mobile and designed for specific use cases: bio-links, business cards, funnels, and lead capture.
Go to Web-to-Lead in the sidebar, create a config, then click the link icon (🔗). The modal shows your embed HTML. It carries that form's public key, which is what identifies your workspace — no separate credential is needed.
The web-to-lead endpoint returns success but does not create a duplicate lead. The duplicate is logged with status 'duplicate' for your review.
Yes — on paid plans, you can configure a custom domain. Cards are served from your domain instead of funnelswift.net/k/your-slug.
Mini Funnels are designed for affiliate marketing and product promotions. Display a product image or video with a strong CTA button. Choose from 8 themes to match your ad creative. Great for Facebook/Instagram ads, influencer campaigns, and QR code bridge pages.
A free plan includes the six Bio Link templates. Every other gallery template is premium — the four starter designs, the four blank canvases, every industry variant and the Hero archetype included. Upgrading to Kinetic Pro ($9/mo) unlocks the full 54-template library; Suite ($29/mo) includes the same library, and Agency / Scale ($79/mo) adds white label controls on top of it.
Yes! Every archetype has a Build from Scratch blank canvas option. You start with zero pre-populated content and add only the layout blocks you need — hero, bio, buttons, lead form, social icons, QR code, mini funnel — in any order you want. Blank canvases count toward your template limit. They are part of the premium catalogue, so Kinetic Pro and the tiers above it can use a blank canvas for every archetype.
Yes. Leads captured in FunnelSwift (via web-to-lead, Kinetic forms, manual entry, or mobile app) are automatically synced to CoreSwift CRM with their tags, source, and stage data. No separate configuration needed.
This page (guide.html) is the full user guide. Every dashboard screen also carries its own help: click the 💡 Help button in the section header, or the 💡 button at the bottom-right corner, to read what that screen does.
The Hero template creates a full-screen hero section with an optional background image/video and gradient overlay. When you create a Kinetic Card, select the Hero Page template settings. Set the background image URL, choose gradient colors, and adjust the blend angle. The hero takes up the full screen with your headline, subtitle, and CTA button overlaid on the blended background.
